About This Site

Finding a Clark County recent arrest or booking photograph requires knowing which office holds each record. This privately run reference organizes the official sheriff, court, state custody, and records-request paths in one place. It also marks the limits of dated news and third-party sources. We do not host jail records, booking photos, or mugshot galleries.

Why This Reference Exists

Arkansas law provides access to many government records, subject to exemptions, but those records are split by function. The Clark County Sheriff’s Office controls county jail custody and booking records. Arkansas DOC maintains the later state-prison record and may publish an offender photo after state intake. District and circuit courts hold filings, hearings, judgments, and dispositions. Arkansas FOIA supplies a request path when an existing releasable record is not posted online. We bring those official routes and their practical limits together without copying the records or displaying faces.

What We Publish

The material focuses on source choice, custody stage, and accurate requests.

  • A county-wide explanation of recent arrests, booking records, photographs, warrant research, and lawful correction routes.
  • Separate same-day, multi-day, and VINELink custody pages that explain what Clark County actually publishes.
  • City-specific paths for Arkadelphia, Gurdon, and Amity arrests without inventing municipal feeds.
  • Steps for requesting an existing jail intake record or releasable photograph from the proper custodian.

Limits of Our Role

This is a private information resource. We are not connected with Clark County, an Arkansas sheriff, a jail, a court, Arkansas DOC, VINE, or any other government office.

  • We cannot release, hold, or transfer a person in custody.
  • We cannot post bond, arrange visits, or send funds for anyone.
  • We cannot give legal advice or choose a sealing form.
  • We cannot guarantee that a public contact, fee, or procedure has not changed.

Only the responsible sheriff, corrections agency, or court can confirm current custody, charges, release, or disposition.

Some pages contain search boxes supplied by independent providers. Those providers set their own prices, terms, and result rules. If a tool leads to a paid registration, we may receive a referral fee that helps keep access to our editorial material free. We do not control a partner’s prices, data, or results.
