A name, location, or other query entered in a sponsored search box is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our systems. The provider’s own privacy terms govern its handling.
If you send us an email or contact message, we retain the message and reply details as needed to answer. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless law requires it. Do not send identification files, court orders, or sensitive legal documents through an unsecured message. Official Clark County record corrections belong with the record custodian under Arkansas FOIA, Ark. Code Ann. §25-19-105 and related provisions.
