No separate sheriff records form or fee schedule was located. Ask the office to identify the custodian for an existing booking log, intake record, arrest report, or releasable booking photograph. Arkansas FOIA requests are strongest when they include a full name, added identifier, arrest date range, arresting agency, and booking number if known.
- For a booking photo or intake record, use the county-wide recent-arrests record path and contact the sheriff’s custodian.
- For an incident report, contact the municipal police department or other agency that made the arrest.
- For a fresh custody check or alert, test Arkansas VINELink and then verify an unclear result with the sheriff.
- For a court disposition, use Search ARCourts or contact the Clark County Circuit Clerk at (870) 246-4281.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, use the official Arkansas DOC inmate locator after state intake.
- For federal or immigration custody, use the official BOP or ICE locator for that separate system.
We cannot erase a government record or choose an expungement form. Corrections should go first to the source custodian. Sealing questions belong with the court, clerk, a licensed attorney, or the Arkansas Crime Information Center process.
